Learning opportunities

The Bacco Room, which divides the two leaving quarters, is equipped with state of the art audio-visual system making it  an ideal place for meetings,  lessons and presentations.
Ca’ Rapulin offers a wide range of learning opportunities and courses in gastronomy and enology. They are all taught by faculty members from local universities and culinary schools.
A characteristic of Ca Rapulin is its unique  approach in  promoting the local territory through classes , hands-on experiences and peripatetic learning  (The Path of the Grapevine; The Path of the Hazelnut; The Path of the Truffle).
Individual guests, families and vacation groups can take the following classes:

  • The ABC of  grapevines and viticulture.
  • The ABC of wine and wine-making.
  • The ABC of sensorial tasting.
  • Elements of Langa cooking, from ravioli al plin to truffle.
  • DOP cheese from Langa.
  • DOC and DOCG wines from Langa.
  • Moscato d’Asti and Spumante d’Asti: two different stories.
