Our "home made"
Guests are welcome spectators of all phases of "home.made" food preparation: from the slow yeast activation of bread and focaccia in the wood burning oven, to the daily baking of breadsticks, to the playful manipulation of fresh dough.

Our philosophy is the re-enactment of old recipes honoring traditions while, at the same time, exploring new flavors. Every meal proposed by the young staff is an enogastronomical discovery of local products.

The didactical vegetable garden is a daily source of seasonal offerings, always paired with the wines from the Ca' Rapulin estate.
